**RFS - photo in RFS file room different from GE file room
If the photo in the RFS file room is different from the same named photo in the GE File Room, verify the app the photo is opening in. If trying to open a photo in Adobe (PDF), RFS Blue will show a different photo, most likely a photo taken by the device being used. To clear this, go to the phone Settings --> Apps --> Adobe (or whatever PDF reader being used) --> Set as default --> Clear defaults. Return to RFS and try opening the photo again. This time it will ask what app to use. Select Gallery, then Always. If this does not resolve the issue, please submit a ticket to Davisware@hb-global.com.

**GE- Copying data from a GE table
In some functions of Global Edge (GE), data can be “exported” to an Excel or Word document when no F10- Run Report option is available. 1. Open a new document or have an existing document open. 2. Open the function in GE in which the data is to be pulled from and use any filters needed to narrow down the results in the table. 3. Select the top line so that it is outlined. 4. Press Ctrl +A to select all followed by Ctrl + C to copy, *If no additional lines select then unfortunately this table is not able to be copied. In this case, submit a ticket to Davisware@hb-global.com to work with Business Application Support on finding a way to get this information. 5. In the Excel or Word document, select where the data is to be paste and then click Ctrl + V. Format as needed.

**GE - Importing a Job Budget
Import a New Budget Use the Import Budget button to input budget lines in bulk. If any lines are already present in the BUDGET VS ACTUAL table, the button will be inactive. For this, follow the directions to Modify an Existing Budget below. Prepare Excel CSV file: See the attached document JOB IMPORT BUDGET TEMPLATE *if any Cost Codes start with a 0 (zero), the field will need to be formatted for custom data. Highlight the column, right-click and select Format Cells. On the Numbers tab, select the Custom category. In the field directly below Type, delete the word General and type in the same number of zeros as digits needed. This ensures that any zeros at the beginning of the number will show- e.g. cost code 0070 will auto-correct to 70 in Excel. Format the whole column to require four digits so that Excel adds in the 2 zeros. Import CSV file into Global Edge Once the new Job and Order are created, go to the Order tab then the Budgets tab. Click on the Import Budget button. Click Browse to add the CSV document created in the previous step, Click OK – Import Now, then Esc – Close. Modify an Existing Budget To modify existing budgets or add additional budget lines, a CSV document will need to be imported into Global Edge using the Data Import Program. This function has limited access for security purposes so a ticket will need to be submitted to the Enterprise Application Support Team. In addition, if budget lines are to be modified, they must first be deleted from the Job. Prepare Excel CSV file: See the attached document JOB BUDGET DATA IMPORT PROGRAM TEMPLATE *if any Cost Codes start with a 0 (zero), the field will need to be formatted for custom data of 4 (four) digits. This ensures that any zeros at the beginning of the number will show- e.g. cost code 0070 will auto-correct to 70 in Excel. Format the whole column to require four digits so that Excel adds in the 2 zeros. 2. Submit a ticket in help desk ticket for the Enterprise Application Support Team, attaching the CSV file. They will use the Data Import Program to load the information into Global Edge.
