*RFS- day ending at 5pm
Issue: RFS Blue ends the day at 5:00pm causing issues with labor input
Work-around: use RFS White for day-to-day work
EXCEPTION- Create a new SO: we are currently unable to create a new SO in the RFS White app as it is not fully compatible with our current Global Edge version.
To create a new SO when using RFS White:
- Use Customer Lookup to locate the customer account
- Tap on the customer to open the action menu and select Create SO
- Follow your teams SOP for creating a new service order. If the SO needs to be scheduled, do so here.
- Once the new SO number is confirmed, log out of RFS Blue
- Return to the RFS White app. From the Summary tab, click the Refresh icon and refresh day.
- From Customer Lookup, find the SO created in RFS Blue and proceed per your team’s SOP.
