**Tech cannot approve time/ create labor report
1. Navigate to Salesperson Maintenance


2. Click on the Field Service tab and then Setup Options 1 tab. Verify that Time Sheet Approval and Tech Approval Required are set to Required

3. Go to the Menus & Security subtab. Under Security List, verify that Approve Report and Approve Time is checked.

4. If any changes have been made, have the tech log out of RFS and back in to apply changes.
