How to use Single Sign-On with Paylocity
1. Navigate to http://access.paylocity.com/ and select the Single Sign-On Login option. 2. Enter your Company ID and select Login with Single Sign-On. If you do not remember your Company ID, please contact your HR department. 3. If you are not signed into Office 365 using your current browser, you will be prompted to enter your login ID. This will be your company issued email address or +1 followed by your personal phone number if you do not have a company issued device (+15551234567). Select Next after entering this information. 4. Enter your Office 365 password or select Use an app instead for passwordless authentication. If you do not have a company issued device, you will be sent a 6-digit code via text message. Please enter this 6-digit code. Select Sign in. 5. Authenticate your sign in using Microsoft Authenticator. If you do not have a company issued device, please proceed to the next step. 6. If you would like to stay signed in, please check the box Don’t show this again and select Yes. Otherwise, select No. 7. You did it! You will now be redirected to your Paylocity account. If you are not signed into Office 365 using your current browser, you will be prompted to enter your login ID.
