Step 1 - How To Register your Mobile Device with RSA SecurID Authenticate App
Registering your mobile device with the RSA SecurID Authenticate App ***Do this step BEFORE setting a PIN on your acct in Step 2*** Click this link from your PC to register the RSA authenticator app on your mobile device: https://hbglobal.auth.securid.com/mypage/ (We can also send an email invite like the sample below): You will be presented with the RSA My Page, login with your email address and password: Then If you’re on a trusted computer, you can check the box to “Remember This Browser”: Click Continue, you should get a message saying “You have not registered an authenticator”. Click the menu for “Select an authenticator”, pick “Authenticate app” and click Register: You’ll see a message about installing the RSA SecurID Authenticate app: On your mobile device download the RSA SecurID Authenticate app from the app store: Open the app and do the following steps: Tap Allow to send notifications, then tap Allow or Deny Google Analytics data collection (you can select either option to use the Authenticate app): Then Tap Accept on the license agreement, then Tap Scan QR Code: Then Tap OK to Allow access to the camera, then Scan the QR code that displays on your computer – RSA “My Page”: Then Tap OK after setup is complete and Swipe through the tutorial: Then The app home screen appears, and the app is ready for use. ***Wait 24 hours before doing Step 2 to add a PIN to your acct in the self-service portal*** Step 2- RSA Self-Service Portal

Step 3 - Add The VPN Profile To AnyConnect

How To Set Up Microsoft Authenticator App
Sign in to your work or school account and then go to your My Account portal. Select Security info in the left menu or by using the link in the Security info pane. If you have already registered, you'll be prompted for two-factor verification. Then, select Add method in the Security info pane. On the Add a method page, select Authenticator app from the list, and then select Add. On the Start by getting the app page, select Download now to download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device, and then select Next. For more information about how to download and install the app, see Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app.I Remain on the Set up your account page while you set up the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app, select to allow notifications (if prompted), select Add account from the Customize and control icon on the upper-right, and then select Work or school account. Note: The first time you set up the Microsoft Authenticator app, you might receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or to allow the app to take pictures and record video (Android). You must select Allow so the authenticator app can access your camera to take a picture of the QR code in the next step. If you don't allow the camera, you can still set up the authenticator app, but you'll need to add the code information manually. For information about how to add the code manually, see see Manually add an account to the app. Return to the Set up your account page on your computer, and then select Next. The Scan the QR code page appears. Scan the provided code with the Microsoft Authenticator app QR code reader, which appeared on your mobile device after you created your work or school account in Step 6. The authenticator app should successfully add your work or school account without requiring any additional information from you. However, if the QR code reader can't read the code, you can select Can't scan the QR code and manually enter the code and URL into the Microsoft Authenticator app. For more information about manually adding a code, see Manually add an account to the app. Select Next on the Scan the QR code page on your computer. A notification is sent to the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device, to test your account. Approve the notification in the Microsoft Authenticator app, and then select Next. Your security info is updated to use the Microsoft Authenticator app by default to verify your identity when using two-step verification or password reset.

HOW TO REGISTER MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR (MFA) ON A MOBILE DEVICE Note: You will need 2 things before you start: Your mobile device you are registering Another device such as another phone, tablet, or computer. **Computer is recommended** STEP 1 – Install Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device you are registering STEP 2 – Once installed, tap to open the app. Tap Accept, then Continue STEP 3 – Tap on Scan a QR code. If phone asks for permission to use the camera, tap Allow STEP 4 – On your other device (computer preferred), open a web browser and navigate to https://www.office.com and click Sign In. Sign in using your company email address and provided password STEP 5 – Once logged in, you’ll see the following message. Click Next Then click Next Then click Next STEP 6 – On the next screen, a QR code will appear. Go back to your mobile device that has the camera app open, and hold up the phone to the QR code. It will scan automatically. Once you see the account appear in your Authenticator app, go back to the other device and click Next. This will send a test authentication to your mobile device. NOTE: You MUST click next in order for it to register correctly STEP 7 – Once you click Next, a 2 digit number will appear on the screen. Input those 2 numbers on your mobile device to complete the setup ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** If you use a mobile phone or tablet starting at Step 4, it will be slightly different. After logging into https://www.office.com on a mobile phone or tablet, you will see the following screen after clicking Next.
