How to Share OneDrive Folders and Files
You can share a file you are currently working on in a program like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. To do that, open the document in Office and then at the top right of the Office program with the document open, click "Share." 2. You can share a file or folder from File Explorer on your desktop by right-clicking the item and choosing "Share" from the dropdown menu. How to share files on OneDrive by giving access to specific recipients 1. After you open the "Send link" window, finish the sharing process by doing this: In the "Send link" window, decide if you want to allow recipients to be able to edit the file (this is allowed by default) If you want to disable editing, click "Anyone with the link can edit" and clear the checkbox beside "Allow editing," then click "Apply." 2. In the "Enter a name or email address" section, add each person you want to share the file with. 3. If desired, you can add a custom message for the recipients, which they will receive via email. 4. How to Share Photos with One Drive Mobile
1. Open the One Drive app on your device, select the file page and open the Pictures Folder. 2. Within the Pictures folder, open Camera Roll 3. Inside of the camera roll folder, you will see some sub folders, categorizing your photos by the Month/Year the photos were taken. Open up the folder that would contain the photos in question. (If your picture was taken in January of 2022, open the 2022 folder and open the January folder) 4. Once you are in the correct folder, find the pictures you would like to send. You can select multiple photos by tap and holding on the photos, you will know they are selected when you see a blue check mark next to them. After the photos in question are selected, hit the share icon at the top right corner of the screen. 5. In the Share tab you will be able to select multiple recipients for these photos, you also will have a few permission options for the photos. You can type in the name/address of the recipient in the highlighted field and select send. 6.
