Use the remote control or the buttons on the HDMI switcher to switch the display input – 2 is for connecting the HDMI cable for a laptop, 4 is for connecting to the desktop PC to use the webcam and microphone. The blue light will switch on the HDMI switcher for whichever selection is active.

After making an output selection, press the power button on the display to wake it up. On the top of the screen, go to Import à Laptop à HDMI, and click on the black square to expand the image.

The USB Speakerphone is connected only to the desktop PC via Bluetooth – the below settings will set the microphone to the speaker on the table and use the external speakers behind the display:
