Before any meeting make sure the projector is turned on.
- Use the power button on the remote to turn on the projector.
- Alternatively, if the remote is missing you can power it on from the projector.
Start a New Meeting by selecting “Meet Now” on the Yealink Tablet.
To join an already created meeting select:
- Join with a Meeting ID.
- Choose if it’s a Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting.
- Enter Meeting ID and Passcode if provided.
- Then Select Join Meeting
To share your laptop screen through a cable connection.
a) Connect the HDMI cable as shown in the picture to your laptop’s HDMI port, your laptop screen will automatically be displayed on the projector. Sharing can be done during a meeting and without entering a meeting.
To share your laptop screen wirelessly insert the Yealink Dongle to your laptop.
- Press the button as shown below to start sharing.
- To Share computer audio to room speakers, click More > Share Computer Sound
Make calls to internal team members with Microsoft Teams on the Yealink tablet:

Press Call
on the Yealink Tablet
- Type the team member name you would like to initiate a call.
- Select their name on the list then press Call.
During a meeting you can Mute All, Disable Mic for attendees, Disable Camera for attendees, and Lock meeting by:
- Selecting the three dots on the upper right-hand corner
- Choose your option.
Change sound output from laptop to room speakers:
- Click the speaker on the lower right-hand corner of your device.
- Select Yealink MS

Do Not Adjust the Camera through the Room Controls options.
