Calendar Sharing Go to outlook.office365.com Click on initials in upper right-hand corner Click on open another mailbox Type shared calendar then open Once at the shared calendar inbox, click calendar at the bottom left-corner of the screen Find desired shared calendar on left-side of screen and right click on it. Select sharing and permissions Enter the name of the user who needs access and change can view all details to can edit Click share The user will get a email informing them, they'll need to click accept and it will show up under my calendars in outlook.
