Phone Contacts Not Showing
If you notice your contacts are missing from your phone. Then there's a chance they are no longer syncing from your mail app. To verify this is enabled or to reset the sync please follow the steps below.
- Open the Outlook app.
- Tap the Microsoft Office icon in the top-left corner of the screen, then tap the gear icon to access Settings.

- Select the Outlook account you want to copy contacts from.
- Tap "Sync Contacts"

- Check your contact list again. If still not showing try disabling and reenabling sync contacts tab again. If issue continues, please submit ticket to helpdesk.
