Phone Contacts Not Showing

If you notice your contacts are missing from your phone. Then there's a chance they are no longer syncing from your mail app. To verify this is enabled or to reset the sync please follow the steps below.

Open the Outlook app.
Tap the Microsoft Office icon in the top-left corner of the screen, then tap the gear icon to access Settings.
Select the Outlook account you want to copy contacts from.
Tap "Sync Contacts"
Check your contact list again. If still not showing try disabling and reenabling sync contacts tab again. If issue continues, please submit ticket to helpdesk.
